Earlier today, the California Court of Appeal for the Second Appellate District ruled that “California statutes permit home schooling as a species of private school education.”
This means that this same three judge panel reversed their earlier opinion of last February which, had that opinion remained in effect, would have made California the only state to outlaw homeschooling.
