Uh... Sorry about that!

Yesterday Monica told me an interesting story about our wonderful mutt, Sophie (aka Sophie the Wonder Mutt), which I will hereafter relate to you.

The wind blew the gate open. The dog got out. The dog ran across the street. Monica yelled at the dog. The dog ran faster. Into the neighbors yard. Where she began to do... er... doo. The neighbor was at her mailbox.

Monica stopped to watch her dog poo in the neighbor's yard while the neighbor checked her mail at the mailbox.

And then, I kid you not, the following exchange occurred.

Monica: "I'm so sorry. My dog is pooing in your yard."
Neighbor: "Oh, that's alright."

This is the same neighbor who we've seen chase dogs out of her yard with a broom whilst screaming and yelling.

Next, just for fun, Sophie runs, as hard as she can, into said neighbor's back yard.

Neighbor: "The only thing I'm worried about is that she'll fall into the pool and drown."

Ha. You can't drown a wonder mutt.
