A New-Economy Fish Story

Pike Place would be, by itself, a horrible place to work (smelly fish, mindless tasks, etc), but the employees love working there because they've made it fun (they toss fish to each other), and the owner treats everyone as though they're on the same level.

Pardon moi, but you don't need an MBA to know treating people well will increase morale and loyalty. People are buying videos about Pike Place so they can "learn" new management techniques!

Makes you almost want to slap somebody. :-)
