How Can Birds Fly?

Scientists discovered, by making exact models of birds using CAT scans, that neither a bird's shoulder socket nor the shoulder muscles are strong enough to keep the shoulder from dislocating.

They discovered, instead, that the job of stabilizing the shoulder was performed by a ligament that balances all of the opposing forces during flight.

So of course they had to play the evolution card, and did a little look-see to find if alligators (supposed cousins of birds), or the prehistoric winged Archaeopteryx (thought to be the first bird), had a similar shoulder support structure. And neither did.

Of course, all the evolutionists out there would say pigeons and other modern birds diverged from alligators and whatnot somewhere along their evolutionary tree. Like, whatever!
