Baton Bob

Baton Bob moved to Atlanta a few years ago, and set up shop on Peachtree St. His act is basically marching up and down the street in an embarassing ensemble, which usually includes lots of tassles and frills, blowing his whistle and pointing his baton at anyone who laughs. Granted, it's hard not to laugh at a grown man twirling a baton in the middle of the road.
