The disastrous blog

Several weeks ago, my brother created a blog which you can see here: http://fishingdisasters.blogspot.com/, aptly titled "Fishing Disasters". Drop by his blog and you will immediately see why the time has come for me to rib and poke the disastrous fisherman for his blog's, shall we say, "lack of maintenance".

Let's start at the top, or maybe the bottom. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll notice there's a blog entry entitled "Test". Obviously the disastrous fisherman was "testing" his blog to make sure everything "worked", and forgot to delete this test message. The other day I pointed out this out to Mr. Fishing Disaster, to which he replied, aghast, "I can't delete my first post!", as though it would be somehow improper for him to do so. To which I replied, "Hmmm..."

Now, let us visit the links to other web sites provided by the disastrous fisherman. The first is entitled, "Google News", and links to, naturally, Google's news web site. But what about those other two links, entitled, "Edit-Me", and again, oddly enough, "Edit-Me"? Strangely, the disastrous fisherman has not "edited them" by replacing them with real links. As an alternative, the disastrous fisherman could have deleted the placeholders, however he chose to leave them as they are, obviously with disastrous consequences. Again I say, "Hmmmm..."

Last, but certainly not least, the latest post was on Wednesday, Dec. 14th. Quite a while ago, wouldn't you say? Where are all these so-called "disasters" I keep hearing about?

Hmmmm?
